This Tuesday’s blog will be a review on nothing other than the iconic Heroes restaurant.. Situated just a ⅛ of a mile west of Telegraph on M-59 in Waterford is this” must go to” restaurant.
Heroes has been a staple in the community for many years. From its famous planked white fish to it’s incredible spare ribs. This restaurant will not disappoint.
This past Friday night, like many Friday nights, I had the pleasure of enjoying this wonderful establishment. I went with my girlfriend and our friend Diana and we all enjoyed different dishes.
I had the absolutely delicious Maurice salad that is hands down one of the best Maurice salads in the area. Now, a lot of my friends call me a picky eater so I ordered it without olives and chopped because if I do not get it chopped, I find that when I cut it up it’s all over the table. Those damn messy eaters!
My girlfriend ordered a ⅓ rack of ribs. That’s right a ⅓ rack of ribs! Heroes is the only place in the area that if you can’t handle a half or whole rack of ribs you can order a ⅓ rack of their mouth watering ribs.
Our friend Diana ordered baked Cod which she said was absolutely delicious. She offered me a sample but I had already devoured my small order of Maurice salad and essentially all of the small loaf of bread they give you, I was full.
If you have not yet visited this staple in Waterford you are definitely missing out!
