John and myself feel that we were very lucky to have found Harlen. I found him when I was trying to find a condo for my parents over a year ago. Anyway that never happened.. However I called Harlen one day and told him we wanted to move back down state.. So the search was on and my gosh it was a longer search than what I had expected. With that said Harlen never lost his patients, his calming tone when speaking with him. He always answered all of my questions, never made me feel I had asked a stupid question, or that it was an inconvenient time to speak with me. Always ready to discuss, go look at place and call the loan officer to find out a specific detail for us. Harlen just did what was needed and much more for John and me.
