Mr. Harlen Lantz was a new agent to me, however, I had dealt with Century 21 before and had received good service, so I proceeded with him, and was glad I did. I rarely called Mr. Lantz because he kept me informed, and consistently surpassed my expectations. He did not even set any hours of unavailability. I have already recommended Mr. Lantz to several people. Hope you give him those angel wings soon.
